Mika Kania oversees the program management in the collective Cushman & Wakefield ESG & Sustainability APAC Hub, coordination of resources and delivery of sustainability consulting services across the APAC region. She has more than 14 years of experience successfully managing and delivering high quality-projects for institutional investors across APAC and the United States.
Mika has led projects of varying complexity across multiple stakeholder groups, managing stakeholder teams through change and designing customized solutions for clients across a range of products and services. She is passionate about working with clients to deliver outcomes that will result in positive environmental and social impact in both APAC and globally.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mika has managed a sustainability consulting company in China, played a critical role expanding LEED in Asia Pacific whilst working at the U.S. Green Building Council, drove sustainability initiatives for WeWork, and was the corporate sustainability officer for Asia Pacific at a global real estate services company.
