Qiwu Feng joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 and is a leading professional in the commercial real estate industry, with 26 years of experience overall and 21 years in the valuation field. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Qiqu has led the consulting team in a hundred urban complex or large urban area projects in Northeast Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Shandong provinces, as well as Inner Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture. The team has provided market research and project planning and positioning recommendations to clients. Qiwu has also personally participated in around a hundred valuation projects covering five-star hotels, offices, shopping malls, residential, and industrial properties. He has also held responsibility for price valuation work for auctions for the Shenyang and Dalian governments. 

Qiwu Feng is currently the Deputy General Manager of the Dalian and Shenyang offices, and the executive Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services team for Northeast China. He specializes in real estate policy and market dynamics analysis, project development positioning, real estate transaction, mortgage financing, business evaluation, and financial advisory based evaluation. As a member of the Expert Committee of Liaoning Real Estate Industry Association on Real Estate Valuation, Qiwu takes an active role in promoting the professional status of valuers in the industry.
