Rob Hall leads the Cushman & Wakefield IPM platform in APAC. Based in Hong Kong, Rob has responsibility for transaction delivery in the region. This ensures that every client benefits from the insight, geographical coverage, and the best of Cushman & Wakefield’s talent in the region. He ensures that the firm has a seamless approach for the client connecting our different geographies, skills, and people.

Rob is passionate about providing the insight that enlightens and the solution that simplifies even the most complex challenges. Prior to taking up the APAC Leadership role, Rob specialized in the European Logistics & Industrial sector throughout his 34-year career at Cushman & Wakefield. The advice to clients encompassed acting for some of the leading international companies on the leasing and buying of property, portfolio optimization, network planning and analysis, M&A real estate strategy, and cost-saving and capital realization initiatives.

Rob is enthused by the fast-changing trends in the industry and has recently presented at a number of international conferences on subjects such as The Changing Face of Distribution and The US and EMEA – Embracing the Differences. He has recently moderated panels for the Industrial Asset Management Council, Prologis, and CTP and was recently on a panel in London discussing the importance of Cost, Carbon and Community for the occupier. Rob is a member of the GOS Global Executive Leadership Team at Cushman & Wakefield, and is an active member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and the RICS. He holds a degree in Land Management from Reading University.
