Xing Zhou joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and has more than 16 years’ career work and enterprise management experience in the real estate industry. With an extensive track record in Greater China, she currently takes responsibility for the Cushman & Wakefield business operations in Wuhan, Hubei province, covering consultancy services, valuation, project and occupier services, retail and commercial agency, industrial and logistics property services, and large-scale project management.

As a strategic consulting expert, Xing leads a professional team to keep innovating. She has provided strategic consulting services for more than 100 SOEs, covering fields including urban renewal, building economy, TOD, industrial planning, district development, new urbanization, urban complex, cultural tourism, and health care. Xing’s management and delivery of professional, comprehensive services and innovative solutions to clients has enabled her to win trust and long-term cooperation from local governments and high-profile SOE clients including BAOWU, CSCEC, CCC and UIG.

Xing is a member of the expert group of Jianghan District Government, as well as HPCIG. She is also an initiator and special expert in the Changsha Building Economy Promotion Association.
