The hotel will be managed by the "white label" operator LHM, Italian Hotel Management Company, under the banner of one of the brands of the Marriott group. The property, currently a 33-unit 4-star residence, will be refurbished according to the international standards of a lifestyle brand of the Marriott group and will reopen to the public in 2022.
The owner of the property is UnipolSai Investimenti SGR, an asset management company of the Unipol Group, specializing in closed-end mutual funds reserved for qualified investors. Unipol Group is one of the main operators in Italy by size of assets in the real estate sector.

Cushman & Wakefield has recently advised UnipolSai Investimenti SGR SpA on other projects including the search and selection of an operator for the property in Via Tucidide a Milan.
