Cushman & Wakefield Finds and Selects a New Operator for the Hotel “Parchi del Garda” on Lake Garda

Opened in 2010, Parchi del Garda is a 4-star hotel located on lake Garda in a strategic position close to the main theme parks, such as Gardaland, the first amusement park in Italy. The Property is distributed on 5 connecting blocks extended over a surface of ca. 19,000 sqm, including 238 rooms and suites, 3 restaurants, 1 bar, 9 spacious meeting rooms for congress and events, a swimming pool and open-air spaces.

Dory S.r.l., owner of the Property and company controlled by Algebris NPL Partnership I, shares the enthusiasm towards this new collaboration with the leading Italian hotels & resorts group, TH resort, in the leisure segment. The group manages 30 Hotels & Resorts located in maritime, alpine and urban destination, counting ca. 6,800 rooms.
