The Results
Designing and creating work environments that are not only functional, but also capable of inspiring and motivating: this is the mission of the C&W Project & Development Services Team. The office created in ‘Design + Build’ mode for BAT is a perfect example of this. The project was carried out inside the Eurohive building in Rome, which is WELL Gold certified.
Flexible environments centred on personal well-being, collaborative spaces, relaxation areas, a gym and a games room create a dynamic atmosphere in line with the expectations of people who want to feel in balance between who they are and what they do at every moment of the day. An office that promotes well-being in all its forms, from the quality of the environment to the quality of human relationships.

The green component has also become an integral part of the project and every piece of furniture has been custom-made using sustainable finishes and recyclable materials.
The graphics, designed specifically for these spaces, help to reinforce the brand identity and create a strong visual impact that consolidates the company vision.
Creating these spaces within a challenging timeline was possible thanks to the OpenBook approach, which allowed us to optimise time and costs without losing sight of the quality of the project. Transparency and collaboration with the client were fundamental to achieving excellent results, guaranteeing maximum efficiency during all phases, from design to construction site activities.
