Cushman & Wakefield Poland appoints a new PR agency

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Poland has partnered with Triple PR, which will deliver comprehensive communication and strategic advisory services.

Cushman & Wakefield has approximately 51,000 employees in 400 offices and 70 countries. In Poland, it employs 445 staff in nine offices based in Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Łódź, Poznań and Lublin. In 2019, the experts of Cushman & Wakefield Poland acted on more than EUR 1bn of capital transactions and over 400 office, industrial and retail leasing deals.

In line with the cooperation agreement, Triple PR will be responsible for the preparation and execution of a communication strategy aligned with the business objectives of Cushman & Wakefield on the Polish market in response to the requirements of both the firm (and its brand) and its individual teams and leaders. 

Triple PR will be responsible for external communication including liaising with journalists, expert placement in media, media publicity for industry and thematic reports, as well as other initiatives undertaken with media partners. It will deliver Media Relations activities through collaboration with regional media to support the local offices of Cushman & Wakefield. The Agency will also be involved in local CSR and Employer Branding projects.  

Triple PR will provide integrated support to Cushman & Wakefield’s leaders and experts both in traditional media and on social media platforms.

At Cushman & Wakefield Poland, communication activities will be coordinated by Eliza Bingül, Head of Marketing and Communications, and Karolina Samczyńska-Fiślak, Head of Business Development. The team of Triple PR consultants is led by Magdalena Dymek, PR Manager, while Agnieszka Malesza-Woźniak, Partner, is responsible for strategic oversight and client service.
