HOMEPARK Janki will see a new tenant move in – Franke will take occupancy of 292 sq m. The transaction was brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. HOMEPARK Janki is owned by Pradera European Retail Parks.
“The arrival of the new tenant Franke will help broaden the offer of HOMEPARK Janki and attract more customers. Customers and architects will have an opportunity to learn and find out more about the vast array of Franke’s products, to see, touch and test them in the store. We are delighted and proud that Franke has chosen our location for its first showroom,” said Edyta Paszkowska, Associate, Retail Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
