Cushman & Wakefield announces promotions in its Industrial Agency


Renata and Kamil are responsible for leasing warehouse and industrial space, reviewing property documents, liaising with key clients and project coordination.

Renata Krzyżanowska has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. In the Industrial and Logistics Agency of Cushman & Wakefield she is responsible for business relations with warehouse tenants and landlords, lease negotiations and preparation of industrial market analyses covering Warsaw and its suburbs, Białystok and Lublin. Previously, she worked for Maxon Nieruchomości, where she advised on warehouse lease transactions in Warsaw and its suburbs. Renata is a graduate of the Bogdan Jański Academy in Warsaw.

Kamil Żach joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 and has many years of professional experience in acquisition of commercial and residential properties. His current duties include leasing warehouse and industrial space in Central Poland. He is also responsible for liaising with key clients and coordination of project delivery across the country. Previously, he spent many years at Stokrotka as the Market Development Manager with responsibility for selecting locations, analyses of growth potential, feasibility studies and negotiating lease or purchase conditions. Kamil also has a strong track record in lease negotiations and Build to Own transactions. His portfolio includes several remarkable projects delivered for clients from courier and data centre sectors. Kamil is a graduate of Warsaw University.
