Warsaw will turn off lights for the Earth – Cushman & Wakefield joins the action

This year’s Earth Hour falls on 26 March 2022 – on that day at 8:30 p.m. many cities, people and institutions will turn off lights in a symbolic gesture of caring about the environment and our planet. The event, held under the Honorary Patronage of the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw, will take place in Poland for the 15th time.

Hundreds of millions of people from over 7,000 towns and cities in 170 countries across the globe, including Poland, take part in the Earth Hour. Previous years saw close to 100 Polish cities join the initiative and lights go out in such buildings as the Place of Culture and Science, the National Opera, the Sky Tower in Wrocław, the Teutonic Castle, the Ministry of Environment, and the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. The participants of this year’s event will include the headquarters of Cushman & Wakefield – the Warsaw HUB, as well as such Warsaw buildings as Atrium Garden, Atrium 1, Złote Tarasy, Galeria Klif, Sienna Center and Wspólna 47/49.
