Sinsay, a brand from the portfolio of the LPP Group, has leased 860 sq m in the “Pod Wiatrakami” Retail Park near Słupsk. Its store is scheduled to open in April 2024. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the recommercialisation of the retail park and creating an optimal tenant mix.
Sinsay is well-known to Polish consumers for its fashion collections, homeware, skincare and make-up products.
“Sinsay is another tenant that we have managed to secure for ‘Pod Wiatrakami’ as part of its recommercialisation process. We are also conducting negotiations with other brands that will greatly complement the offer of the retail park so that it better responds to the everyday shopping needs of the inhabitants of Słupsk and the region,” says Michał Masztakowski, Head of Retail Agency Poland, Cushman & Wakefield.
Located on the outskirts of Słupsk, “Pod Wiatrakami” offers 18,000 sq m of retail space, anchored, among others, by Tedi, Premium Fitness & Gym and Abra Meble. The opening of a JYSK store is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
“As retail parks are maturing, they are attracting more and more interest from prospective tenants and offering a more diverse tenant mix. As a result, their offer is becoming increasingly similar to that of shopping centres. Each retail format, however, provides a different shopping experience and manages a customer’s time differently, so there is room for all on the market,” concludes Michał Masztakowski.
