Rossmann, the leader in Poland’s health and beauty market, has leased approximately 400 sqm at Morski Park Handlowy in Gdansk. The retailer is another tenant who has in recent months chosen this popular retail park in Tricity as the location for its store. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the lease negotiation and signing process.
Rossmann is the leader in Poland’s health and beauty market, attracting over a million customers every day. Since opening its first location in Łódź in 1993, the retailer has rapidly expanded its network to nearly 1,900 stores across the country, each featuring self-service checkouts. Rossmann also operates an online store at www.rossmann.pl and offers the popular Rossmann PL app, which has over nine million users and allows them to join the Rossmann Club. For customers who prefer in-store shopping, Rossmann has launched Rossmann GO, which enables them to scan products using their smartphones and complete easy payments either online or at the checkout.
"The opening of the Rossmann store at Morski Park Handlowy is a testament to the growing strength of the retail park in the Tricity area. In collaboration with the owner of the park we are actively working to develop an attractive and diverse tenant-mix. Recently, RRmoto has signed a lease to create a unique space for the motorcycling community here. Additionally, a T-Mobile store opened at Morski Park Handlowy in the summer of 2024,” comments Ada Budynek, Leasing Team Manager, Associate, Retail Agency Poland, Cushman & Wakefield.
