We all appreciate home furnishings that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. After all, well-designed furniture should not only be visually appealing but also provide comfort and durability for years. This is exactly what the collections of the Polish brand Bizzarto offer. Its sofas, corners sofas and beds are crafted with meticulous attention to every detail, no matter how small. Starting on 7 November, Bizzarto’s flagship collections will be showcased in a larger, more comfortable space in Warsaw’s DOMOTEKA, a hub of inspiration for anyone who values good design and high-quality furniture or home accessories. The lease transaction was brokered for Bizzarto by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Bizzarto’s spacious showroom, now spanning 425 sqm on the ground floor of DOMOTEKA, will feature furniture collections that have received recognition from both Polish and international experts. These include Bofii armchairs which earned the “must have 2024” quality mark and the prestigious German Design Award 2025, Aztec upholstered beds which were awarded the “must have 2024” title by the Council of Experts of the Łódź Design Festival and qualified for the final of the Good Design 2024 competition, and Tondo tables - winners of the German Design Award 2025. They represent unique offerings for those who value premium design and the highest quality.
All the award-winning furniture comes from Grynasz Studio. Marta Niemyska-Grynasz and Dawid Grynasz have designed numerous bestselling Bizzarto models that will be available in the new showroom on the ground floor of DOMOTEKA. Customers will be able to see and try out Dune and Zen modular sofas, Torii sofas and armchairs (all these collections have also received the “must have” title), Twin tables and other new designs by Grynasz Studio.
"We are proud that Poland’s highly valued brand Bizzarto has decided to expand its showroom in DOMOTEKA. This demonstrates that our complex is an attractive destination for both prestigious companies and discerning customers looking for unique homeware. In its expanded space, Bizzarto will be able to showcase many of its interior design solutions more easily. Benefiting from the presence of such reputable tenants, our complex continues to evolve into a venue that fully addresses market demands. We are confident that DOMOTEKA customers will appreciate the opportunity to experience Bizzarto’s collections and find inspiration in discovering premium-quality Polish design,”says Agata Brzezińska, Senior Director Head of CEE Pradera.
"The opening of Warsaw’s only large showroom of Bizzarto in DOMOTEKA marks a significant milestone in our collaboration and is testament to the retail complex’s ability to attract the best homeware producers. Importantly, Bizzarto is a Polish brand that remains committed to local production. Together with Pradera, the owner of DOMOTEKA, we ensure that the tenant-mix includes retailers offering unique, top-quality products, both Polish and foreign,” comments Ada Budynek, Leasing Team Manager at global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is the leasing agent for DOMOTEKA.
