New Property Manager for Gdanski Business Center

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as property manager for Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, part of Savills Investment Management’s portfolio. The nearly 100,000 sqm office complex is one of the largest of its kind in Waraw. This mandate has expanded Cushman & Wakefield’s managed property portfolio across all real estate sectors to 4.5 million sqm.
