T-Mobile, a leading telecommunications operator in Poland, is relocating some of its Łódź-based teams to the prestigious Ogrodowa Office building. This further highlights the growing importance of high-quality office space in the centre of Łódź. T-Mobile leased nearly 2,400 sqm in this modern office development, which is owned by Warimpex. The tenant was advised on the choice of location and during lease negotiations by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Ogrodowa Office is a modern Class A office building with retail and service units, located in the centre of Łódź, at the junction of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia streets. It enjoys easy access to key landmarks in the city, including Piotrkowska Street, the Manufaktura complex and the andel’s Hotel Łódź. Seamlessly blending with the city’s historical architecture, the building’s diverse façades pay homage to the rich architectural heritage of Łódź. At the same time, it meets the highest quality standards to accommodate the needs of rapidly growing companies such as T-Mobile.
"We aim to create a space that meets the evolving needs of our employees – a comfortable and functional office in central Łódź with easy access to numerous amenities both inside and outside a building. Ogrodowa Office offers all of this. In line with our commitment to sustainability and the ambitious goals of our ESG strategy, we will make maximum use of existing fit-out items when designing and furnishing the new office,” explains Piotr Godlewski, Head of Facility Management, T-Mobile Polska SA.
"We are excited to welcome T-Mobile as a tenant of Ogrodowa. When developing our office building, our priority was to combine modern functionality and the harmony of the urban landscape. The choice of Ogrodowa Office by such a reputable company demonstrates that we have successfully created a space that meets the highest market standards. We are delighted that our offices are becoming the preferred choice for rapidly growing companies seeking modern and flexible solutions in a prestigious location,” says Jerzy Krogulec, CEO, Warimpex Polska.
The office building features innovative technological and spatial solutions to create a functional work environment. Raised floors and suspended ceilings allow for flexible space arrangements and easy adaptation to evolving tenant needs. The fully glazed façades allow optimal light into the interiors, enhancing user comfort and energy efficiency. The high quality, sustainability and user wellbeing solutions of Ogrodowa Office have been confirmed by WELL Health & Safety Rating and BREEAM In-Use Excellent certifications. The office building also offers terraces, balconies, locker rooms and showers for cyclists, as well as electrical vehicle charging stations in the underground car park.
"Ogrodowa Office aligns perfectly with T-Mobile’s strategy as it provides space that meets the company’s business needs. During our search we prioritised the quality, spaces and surroundings of a potential building in which the employees will work. I am pleased that through a careful selection of offers we found an office that meets all the expectations. I am confident that this decision will further strengthen T-Mobile’s position in the city’s business landscape as a modern and forward-thinking employer,” comments Anna Szurek, Senior Negotiator, Cushman & Wakefield.
T-Mobile’s relocation is evidence that companies continue to prioritise optimal work environments. In addition to the quality of the office itself, its surroundings and amenities that have a real impact on employee comfort are also playing an increasingly important role.
"This is yet another transaction during our longstanding collaboration with T-Mobile, clearly demonstrating our deep understanding of the company’s organisational culture and needs. These shared experiences have enabled us to effectively support our client in finding modern space tailored to its operational and strategic goals,” says Kacper Remiśko, Associate, Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield.
