Design & Build

C&W Design + Build delivers projects under a single ‘turn-key’ contract. This means we act as Designers, Engineers, Project Managers, and General Contractors. C&W Design + Build is a business line within the Project & Development Services team.

A principal contractor or turnkey approach may be attractive to clients who want to simplify the delivery model and transfer responsibility for project design, cost and execution to a single supplier.

By choosing a Design + Build route, the client does not engage with a different team; we provide the additional resources necessary (i.e., designer, site manager, engineer, H&S coordinator) to take direct and complete control of the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

C&W Design + Build acts as the construction company via a separate legal entity, Cushman & Wakefield Design + Build Poland Sp. z o.o., wholly owned by C&W and holds all the necessary construction and professional indemnity insurance. 

Scope of services:
  • Complete turnkey construction and fit-out services
  • In-house design, including space planning, concept drawings, 3D visuals, architectural study
  • Cost estimation
  • Permits and approvals
  • General contracting
  • All mechanical, electrical, security, and IT works
  • Detailed drawings and project documentation
