As Senior Vice President of Americas People Partnering, Jill is responsible for driving our talent strategy across our Americas business in support of continued profitable growth in the region. Her key focus areas are leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation, employee retention, career development and the flawless fundamentals that make up the employee experience. As a global leader with over 20 years of diversified experience in transforming, integrating and improving organizational performance, Jill has been a trusted advisor to senior executives, known for developing strategic business solutions and driving business growth through a talent-focused mindset.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jill was a leader at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart Company that specializes in HR consulting services that improve employee engagement and build company culture. During her three years there, she led as Chief People Officer and was accountable for all aspects of People outcomes for 500+ colleagues globally across over 26 countries. Most recently she served as Partners & Americas Practice Leader of HR and Talent Advisory, responsible for P&L management, solution architecting, pricing, staffing, and professional development. Her career has also included management consulting at Accenture, entrepreneurship in the wine and spirits industry, and corporate HR experience with Whirlpool Corporation, including two years as an expatriate in Italy.
Jill holds a Masters of Human Resources & Industrial Relationship degree and a Bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois.
