Matt Chatham is responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield's strategic growth as well as the full mobilization and integration of resources, expertise and services across the Western United States

Matt has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to his current role, Matt was the Managing Principal of Northern California. He also previously ran the Tenant Representation practice in San Francisco.

During Matt’s brokerage career, he had a strong track record with client service, completing over 6 million square feet of transactions valued at $3.5 billion and received various awards and recognition, including Deal of the Year honors from the Business Times.

Prior to joining C&W, Matt worked at JLL and Savills.
