As Regional President, Northeast, Toby serves occupier and investor clients across all service lines, including tenant representation, agency leasing, capital markets, valuation & advisory, project management, asset services and global occupier services for all sectors including office, retail and logistics / industrial. Toby is deeply focused on Diversity & Inclusion at Cushman & Wakefield and is a member of the Women’s Integrated Network (WIN), Gender Equality Task Force and a senior sponsor for the WIN Mentoring Program. In addition, he is the Tri-State Executive Sponsor for UNITY, Cushman & Wakefield’s LGBTQ+ Integrated Network, and helps to drive several Veterans initiatives including Hiring Our Heroes.

Previously, Toby led the Global Occupier Services business across the Tri-State, Mid-Atlantic and New England areas from 2016 to 2019. In this role, Toby was responsible for the development and implementation of overall strategy for over 100 of the firm’s largest enterprise occupier client accounts in the region. Additionally, he led a team of over 2,500 professionals and was responsible for maintaining client service delivery standards and ensuring the financial performance of the group.

From 2011 to 2016, Toby served as Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore. In this role, Toby managed over 1,800 professionals and market activities across all service lines, including tenant representation, agency leasing, capital markets, valuation & advisory, project management, property management, facilities management and engineering for the office, retail and industrial sectors. During this time, Toby also led the International Landlord Group (ILG) agency leasing across Asia Pacific, including representation of landmark mixed-use (office and retail) developments in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. He was an integral part of the merger and integration between Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ in the region and served as the localization Team Lead for APAC and Greater China and the Commercial Integration CRM workstream Global Lead. He was also a member of the Global Management Committee and Executive Leadership Committee for Asia Pacific.

In 2007, Toby founded Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam, based between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In this role, he led market activities across all service lines and managed the corporate real estate accounts for Nokia, BP and the Thomson Corporation across Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Toby was aligned to corporate occupier services in London. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2001 and began his career working in UK Capital Markets based in London.
