As Regional President, Central, Victoria Malkin oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s business in local markets across the Midwest, Texas and Canada. In this role, she is responsible for growth planning, client care, brokerage talent development and performance management across the Central region of the Americas. She focuses on future proofing the business, long-term planning and identifying growth opportunities.
 
Victoria joined the firm in 2016 and has held multiple leadership positions. Most recently, she served as SVP of Marketing & Research for the Americas and was responsible for driving growth in the region through thought leadership, business development, lead generation and reputational strategy. Prior to that, she was VP of East Region Marketing & Communications. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Victoria worked at JLL and JMB Realty in a variety of marketing roles.
 
Victoria received a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
