An Analysis of Atlanta’s Office Real Estate Usage Trends
In late 2023, C&W Atlanta developed a survey to understand how companies across Atlanta are shaping office utilization strategies amid changing workplace dynamics. Of the 150 companies that responded, the findings indicated that a majority (65%) of companies have in-person mandates. Of those with mandates, 85% required three or more days in the office. At the end of 2024, the C&W team created a second volume of the survey, adding additional questions regarding workplace strategy.
