Tim Rau, Managing Director and Regional Leader for Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi sees the office as an integral part in expanding the group’s Southeast footprint.

Tracy Wofford, MAI, AI-GRS has joined the firm and will run the office, located at 137 Executive Drive, Suite C, in Madison. A seasoned real estate professional, she has extensive experience in the appraisal of retail, industrial, and office assets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was the Managing member of Wofford Consulting, LLC.

Ms. Wofford received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mississippi State University. In addition to being a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, Wofford is a certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Louisiana and Mississippi.
