Executive Director, Scott Alan, and Managing Director, Patrick Mullin have joined Cushman & Wakefield Washington. Both professionals will be based in the firm’s Seattle office, servicing industrial clients regionally and nationally.

Alan is a known leader in industrial representation for the South Puget Sound with over two decades of experience at Colliers International and prior to that 8 years at Grubb and Ellis Seattle, with a reputation for comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace and talent for delivering creative solutions. At Colliers he was honored most recently with a Career Best in Seattle, 2015 and was recognized nationally with the Collier’s Everest Club. He was consistently among the Top 10 Producers and was recognized as the #1 industrial broker in 2015 at Colliers, WA. He has also been named a CoStar Power Broker for the past 10 years.

Since beginning his career with Colliers International in June 2011, Mullin has been recognized as a market leader in the Kent Valley industrial market, as well as servicing several national client portfolios. Mullin was named Colliers International Rookie of the Year (2012), was recognized as a top regional producer at Colliers International, and received CoStar Power Broker distinction every year during his tenure at Colliers International.
