The new hires join Cushman & Wakefield from the Michigan office of Terzo & Bologna. The acquisition of the team adds to V&A’s unique combination of industry-specific knowledge and global reach capable of serving all types of valuations.

Susan P. Shipman, MAI, Senior Director, has been active in the real estate industry for more than 25 years, bringing expertise on a wide variety of commercial, residential and industrial services, including financing, taxation, condemnation, litigation, financial reporting, purchase-and-sale consulting and insurance. Among her accomplishments, an alumni of the Appraisal Institute’s Leadership Development & Advisory Council, a past President of the Great Lakes Chapter, and that Chapter’s 2017 recipient of its “Distinguished Service Award”.
Andrew J. Exline, MAI, SRA, MRICS, Senior Director, brings nearly two decades’ of experience providing valuation and consulting services to local, regional, national and international clients. His experience encompasses an array of property types including vacant land, single and multi-family residential, subdivision/condominium developments, retail, restaurant, office, industrial, general commercial and special-use properties.
Andrea M. Kujala, MAI, Director, has provided real estate appraisal and consulting services since 1997. Her professional work encompasses market research, analysis, and appraisal assignments for multi-family, subdivision, industrial, general commercial, and general office. Ms. Kujala has extensive experience with valuation of special-use properties and a vast array of commercial product types.
Joseph R. Calvaneso, MAI, Director, whose experience encompasses all the core real estate sectors, including retail, office, industrial and multi-family, with a specialization in retail and multi-family valuation. He has appraised the full spectrum of property types ranging from build-to-suit, single-tenant and net-lease to shopping centers.
John Hackmann, Associate Director, holds real estate appraisal experience dating to 2005. His professional work encompasses market research, analysis, and appraisal assignments for apartments, restaurant, industrial, retail, general commercial, general/medical office, and special-use properties.
Ricardo M. Stewart, Associate Director, a native of Detroit who has been active in commercial real estate and banking for more than 10 years. His valuation experience has involved existing and proposed commercial properties, including industrial, multi-family residential, office, retail, and net-leased investments.
John B. Danielson, is an experienced analyst and appraiser with a background in commercial real estate and finance since 2012.
