Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Minneapolis office team of Executive Directors Tom Tracy and Peter Fitzgerald and Senior Directors Katie Tufford and Courtney Rosoff, who recently joined the firm, will lead leasing services for the 620,000-square-foot asset that DRA and Wildamere recently acquired. DRA, Wildamere and Cushman & Wakefield are planning to reposition the property via enhanced tenant amenities and public spaces.

The properties also offer dining and retail amenities including Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Caribou Coffee, Green + The Grain, Dave’s Downtown, Valentino Café, Café Pateen and Billy and Marty’s convenience store.
Wildamere will continue to provide management services at the property.
