One of Cincinnati’s Largest Branding Firms Consolidates Offices

One of the largest branding firms in Greater Cincinnati has consolidated its headquarters to one space downtown.

Hyperquake

Hyperquake has signed a long-term lease for about 9,000 square feet of space in the Edge Building, located at 310 Culvert St. The building was already home to Brand Experience, which Hyperquake acquired in 2018. Colin Crotty, CEO of Hyperquake, said the firm was looking to consolidate its office in the Textile Building at 205 W. Fourth St. with Brand Experience’s and “fell in love with where they were.”

Hyperquake currently has 43 employees, plus three co-ops and three more open positions. Crotty anticipates having just under 50 employees by the end of the year.

Jordan Weidner, executive director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Hyperquake in the lease. Digger Daley, director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord.
