Cushman & Wakefield Represented the Landlord, Cabot Properties, in the Lease Negotiations
The Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Leasing team of Senior Director Jared Bonshire, Managing Director Julia Silva, Senior Director David Perez and Senior Associate Jessica Mizrahi represented the landlord, Cabot Properties, in the lease negotiations. Cabot Properties, a leading investor, developer and operator of industrial assets, acquired the property in June 2018 and subsequently engaged the Cushman & Wakefield team as the exclusive leasing agent.
The tenant, Ta Chen International, is an industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of stainless, aluminum and nickel alloy coils, sheets, plates, long products, tubes and PVFs. The company has operations throughout the U.S., as well as in Canada, Taiwan and China. It will be relocating from 6870 Firstpark Blvd. Darren Butler of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the company in the new lease.
Other notable tenants at Lakeland Logistics Center property include Parksite Inc., Recleim Nova LLC, and Crown Health Care Laundry Services.
At 2025 W. Memorial Blvd., the facility is ideally situated within the Interstate-4 Corridor, which provides exceptional connectivity to both Tampa and Orlando, and is considered one of the primary logistics corridors in the southeast. Completed in 2017, the property consists of two, 245,000-square-foot buildings on 43.6 acres and features ample trailer parking, front-load and cross-dock capability and 32-foot clear height ceilings.
