LOS ANGELES – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that brokerage professional Brittany Winn has joined the firm as a Director.
Ms. Winn’s real estate advisory services provide comprehensive strategies that cover the planning and negotiation of various office renewals, restructures, relocations, consolidations, dispositions and purchases. She has been involved in major transactions throughout the Greater Los Angeles market representing a wide range of well-known entertainment, media, financial and legal clients. Notable transactions include Live Nation (180,000 sf), PMK (27,000 sf), Marcum LLP (22,000 sf), Jefferies (20,000 sf), Huge (19,000 sf), and T Group Productions (18,000 sf).

Most recently, Ms. Winn served as an Associate Director at Newmark Knight Frank, where she specialized in office tenant representation and strategic advisory services.
Ms. Winn graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts degree in entrepreneurial management. She is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA).
