New York, NY – Rich’s core focus will be office and industrial leasing, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation primarily in Brooklyn. Rich will be based in the firm’s Brooklyn office.

Living in various neighborhoods throughout Brooklyn from 1999 until 2017, Rich has a unique expertise of the local office and industrial markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was the Managing Director of CPEX’s Office Investment Sales and Leasing Team and had a successful 15-year career as a Line Producer for major television networks and production companies, including MTV, CBS, Spike TV and the History Channel, among others. Rich has a diverse skill set that allows him to provide in-depth services for landlords seeking tenants and for clients looking to acquire space, particularly in the creative and technology, advertising, media and information (TAMI) sectors.
Rich is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson.
