New York, NY - Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Natasha Persad and Justin Scott Long have joined the real estate services firm as Directors in Brokerage. In their roles, Ms. Persad and Mr. Long will use their knowledge in internal operations and business development across diverse industries to capitalize on Cushman & Wakefield’s core service lines and industry and specialty advisory groups. Ms. Persad and Mr. Long will be based in the firm’s midtown Manhattan office.

Ms. Persad’s experience spans several diverse and notable industries in a broad range of roles. She has held executive positions at Goldman Sachs, The Deal, Li & Fung, Marriott, British Airways and Photronics. Ms. Persad specializes in internal operations, business development and applying best practices from one industry to another to create higher profitability for companies.

Mr. Long is a former Fortune 500 executive who has worked at leading global corporations, including The William Morris Agency, United Talent Agency, Warner Bros. Television and NYC Health + Hospitals. He has led, developed and negotiated a variety of large national and global deals throughout his career and has extensive experience in business development, sales, internal operations, finance and production.
