Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 19,312-square-foot lease for Funcom Inc., an independent developer and publisher of online games for PC and consoles, at Brighton Hall Imperial Center located at 1101 Slater Road in Durham, North Carolina. Dave Fleming and Jeff Stephens of Cushman & Wakefield represented Funcom in the lease negotiations, and JLL represented NNE Pharma, the sublessor.

Palvanek continued, “Within our new space we will have a ‘User Experience Lab’ to better test our games, a relaxing lounge, a breakroom with video games including a foosball table and this new square footage provides an extremely comfortable work environment.”

Titles include ‘Conan Exiles‘, ‘Secret World Legends, ‘Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures’, ‘The Longest Journey’, ‘Anarchy Online’, ‘The Park’, and ‘Dreamfall: The Longest Journey’. Funcom has published such games as ‘Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden’, ‘Conan Unconquered’ and will be releasing ‘Conan Chop Chop’ and ‘Moons of Madness’ to name a few.
