In her new role, Karinna Cassidy will oversee the firm’s management of nearly 100 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product in Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Ventura County, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. She will also partner with Asset Services city leads in those markets on business development pursuits, recruiting, and furthering our focus on operational excellence.
Ms. Cassidy will report to Sandra Boyle, Executive Managing Director, who was recently appointed to the role of West Region Lead for Asset Services.
With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Cassidy is an industry veteran who has worked for both landlords and tenants, from agency leasing and lease administration, to property and construction management throughout her career. Prior to the promotion, she previously served as Cushman & Wakefield’s City Lead for its Greater Los Angeles market. Under her leadership, the firm’s Greater LA portfolio has grown nearly 30% since 2015.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, Ms. Cassidy served as President at R7 Real Estate, Inc., a property management firm. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in Los Angeles, and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
