Ocean Bay Park, NY – Flynn’s Fire Island has been owned and operated by the Flynn family for five generations and is hitting the market for the first time since it was established in 1937.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Hunter Moss, Michael Gembecki, Brad Jones, Alessandra Faglione and Austin Fabel will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s sellers, Tim and Mike Flynn.
