Cushman & Wakefield has once again been named the largest commercial property manager in New York City by Crain’s New York Business.

The list of the largest commercial property managers in New York was ranked by square footage managed in New York City. Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services and Global Occupier Services teams in the Tri-State Region managed 67.68 MSF in 2019, which is more than 10 MSF ahead of the company in second place and more than 30 MSF ahead of the company in third place.

Within the five boroughs alone, Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team has around 65 clients. The team’s diverse portfolio includes industrial, office, retail and multifamily properties, with about 250,000 people walking in and out of buildings in New York City managed by Cushman & Wakefield every day.

Cushman & Wakefield has consistently ranked as a top commercial property manager on Crain’s New York Business’ list, taking the top spot in 2018, 2017 and 2016, as well.
