Long Island, NY — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the brokerage firm has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange for the sale of 1155 Northern Boulevard, a 51,050-square-foot Class A medical office building in Manhasset.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Stephen Preuss with Kevin Schmitz and Kevin Louie will represent the seller, 1155 NOBO Associates, LLC, in all marketing efforts.

“Anchored by well-known tenants, this property presents a stable, long-term investment opportunity on Long Island,” said Preuss. “Located on one of the highest frequented thoroughfares on Long Island with ample on-site parking, the development provides current and future tenants with convenience and updated amenities.”
