Brooklyn, NY – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a 3,650-square-foot long-term lease for Grand Days—a play space and café offering programming, food and drinks for young children and their parents—at 307-311 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Brandon L. Singer and Michael Cody represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Grand Metro LLC, was represented by Shlomi Bagadi and Chandler Slate of Tri State Commercial Realty.

Grand Days will offer spaces for creative open play, events for families and unique programming for both children and adults.The location boasts 3,400 square feet of ground floor retail space with an additional 250 square feet of outdoor space.
