New York, NY – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that former Deutsche Bank Vice President Lauren Kaufman has joined the real estate services firm as Senior Director on the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team. Lauren will be based out of the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office and will report to various senior management team members, including EDSF President Steve Kohn.

As a member of the firm’s EDSF team, Lauren will be responsible for developing and participating in new business pitches, marketing debt and equity offerings to lenders and investors, supervising analysts and associates and servicing existing clients.
