West Nyack, NY – Turnbridge Equities has named Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey Asset Services team as property manager for 250 West Nyack Road in West Nyack. The assignment marks Cushman & Wakefield’s third appointment by Turnbridge in 15 months; the team now oversees nearly 1.6 million square feet for the Manhattan-based investment and development firm.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Nevins and Karen Hromin lead the management team whose initial efforts will center on the development and roll-out of processes and policies to bring the 240,000-square-foot Rockland County industrial and office asset to institutional management standards.
“Turnbridge is known for its value-add investment strategy and this newly-acquired asset is well-suited to continue the company’s track record of successfully raising the bar at industrial properties,” Nevins said. “We are honored to be part of this fantastic, expanding relationship.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford-based New Jersey Asset Services team currently provides property management services for approximately 17.7 million square feet of space in and around the Garden State, including 13.7 million square feet of industrial product. Focused on enhancing asset value, the firm’s professionals are empowered to minimize operating costs, improve efficiencies and enhance customer service in order to protect the value of each client’s investment.
