New York, NY - Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged two long-term leases totaling 13,702-square-feet for the entire 5th and 7th floors at 366 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

Full-service law firm Hall Booth Smith will occupy the 5th floor of the building, while Ford Harrison, which specializes in labor and employment law, will lease the 7th floor of the property.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Gordon Hough, Stephen Bellwood and James Frederick represented the landlord, Ponte Gadea, in each transaction. “Located a block from Grand Central, 366 Madison offers a prime location for commuters in the heart of New York City,” said Stephen Bellwood of Cushman & Wakefield. “The stable ownership and management at this property proved a valuable selling point for both tenants.”

Construction was recently completed on a brand new, high end, pre-built of 6,851 square feet covering the entire 14th floor of the building.
