Situated at 214 E. Marks St., just north of downtown Orlando, the property offers immediate access to Interstate 4 and convenience to many of Central Florida’s other major roadways.
American Nurses plans to make significant updates to the building, which include a complete gutting of the interior and extensive redesign of the exterior to modernize its appearance. The renovation will also create a section of the building that could be leased to another professional tenant in the future.

Founded in 1998, American Nurses is a Medicare/Medicaid Certified Agency that provides nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work, speech therapy, aid and attendant care, wound care and IV administration.
