The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team of Jeanette Mendoza, Brian Gale, Ryan Holtzman, Andrew Trench and Lena Weeks represented Related Group, a Miami-based developer, in the lease negotiations. Related Group plans to relocate its headquarters from downtown Miami to 2850 Tigertail upon the building’s completion, slated for January 1, 2021. The firm will occupy the top two floors of the eight-story building for a total of approximately 45,000 square feet.

Ratzan Weissman & Boldt, which is relocating from 1450 Brickell, specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and commercial trials. The law firm was represented by JLL’s Will Morrison and John Marshall.

2850 Tigertail, situated at the corner of Tigertail Avenue and Mary Street in the heart of Coconut Grove. Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica, the building will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, terraces with glass railings, and views of Biscayne Bay, as well as museum-quality art from the private art collection of Related Group CEO Jorge Pérez. The project also includes ground-floor restaurant space available for lease.
