The 750,000-square-foot, Class A office tower is located in the heart of Miami on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard within Downtown’s Enterprise Zone, attached to the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel. Amenities include a fitness center, cafés, lobby and hotel amenity access.
