Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $15 Million Sale of 3601 PGA Blvd. on Behalf of MB Properties

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $15 million sale of a 46,334-square-foot boutique office building located at 3501 and 3601 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Anthony Librizzi of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, MB Properties, in the transaction. Diagnostic Centers of America acquired the property.

“Given the challenges that exist today, we are thrilled to be able to get this off-market transaction across the finish line,” Librizzi said.
Diagnostic Centers of America will occupy 10,000 square feet on the ground floor for its eighth location in Palm Beach county, after which the property will be fully leased. Additional tenants include Fidelity Investments, United Technologies and Raymond James.

The property offers floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, ample parking and prime frontage on PGA Boulevard within walking distance to downtown and The Gardens mall.
