Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 760,608-SF Lease with Radial on Behalf of Scannell Properties

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 760,608-square-foot lease with Radial, an omnichannel commerce technologies and operations company, at Phase I of Gardner Logistics Park located in Locust Grove, Georgia.

James Phillpott, Lisa Pittman and Helen Cauthen of Cushman & Wakefield oversee leasing for the property and represented the landlord, Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties, in the lease negotiations. Tony Kepano and Ryan Robinson of CBRE represented the tenant.

“Radial is a perfect tenant for the property and will add to the thriving logistics and supply chain industry in the Metro Atlanta area. Kudos to the Cushman & Wakefield team and Radial for making this happen,” said Daniel Madrigal of Scannell Properties.

Located at 3150 Highway 42, the building totals 1.01 million square feet with 251,299 square feet remaining, which is expandable by an additional 318,334 square feet. Radial will join The Home Depot and Love’s Travel Stops’ new Southeast retread tire manufacturing facility at Gardner Logistics Park.

“Henry County continues to prove an excellent logistical point for distribution and manufacturing companies,” Phillpott said. “With unparalleled access to the Port of Savannah and short drive times to Metro Atlanta and the State of Florida, the area and property has remained extremely active with interest from a variety of users.”

Scannell Properties recently completed the acquisition of 80 acres for Phase II, which could add another 1 million square feet to the filling park. Scannell is pursuing multiple build-to-suit sites and opportunities as well as speculative development on a phased basis. Located on Highway 42, the park offers a prime location with easy ingress and egress and access to Interstate 75.
