Tom Sutherland, Ryan Hoopes and Sarah Savage of Cushman & Wakefield represented Venture X in their lease negotiations. The landlord is CLT Commercial Partners, LP, a Texas limited partnership.
"The Venture X coworking model and design elements are ideally suited for the Pereira & Luckman-designed building, fully embracing Braniff International Airways' vision of the 'modern jet-setters' lifestyle," said Todd Nelson, owner/operator of the Venture X franchise at Braniff Centre, which is set to open soon.
This location marks Venture X’s 10th Dallas-Fort Worth offering. Venture X will join a 35,402-square-foot office building located at 7701 Lemon Ave. in Braniff Centre, the $100 million redevelopment of 26 acres at DalFort Aerospace, originally known as the Braniff Airlines Operations and Maintenance Base. Lincoln Property Company and the Dallas Cowboys are leading the redevelopment efforts.
“With its proximity to the Turtle Creek and Preston Center Submarkets, Braniff Centre is strategically positioned to capitalize on the historical demand from tenants looking for short-term flexible options and access to amenities in this corridor,” Hoopes said. “These elements make Venture X and coworking a natural fit in this redevelopment.”
The Braniff Centre is a multi-use facility featuring 200,000 square feet of high-quality hanger space accompanied by retail, restaurant, offices, auto-dealer showroom, entertainment venues and hospitality facilities.
