On September 1, 2020, the FDP was unanimously approved by the Adams County Board of Commissioners, marking the successful completion of the development’s multi-year zoning and entitlement endeavor. The Rail Park is in unincorporated Adams County, just off Manila Rd and I-70, and adjacent to the Colorado Air and Space Port (formerly Front Range Airport). Construction will start in Q4 2020 with the ability for buyers to start building in Spring of 2021.
