Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew was a Vice President with Colliers International where he also focused on Office Leasing for several years and was the recipient of multiple accolades with the firm. Previous, he was Director of Office Leasing for Turnberry Associates, a role that included overseeing leasing of Town Square Las Vegas, a more than 1.5 msf mixed-use lifestyle center.
Andrew is originally from Thousand Oaks, California, and began his real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area with CBRE working with clients specializing in biotechnology. He also worked for multiple years in the Denver market where he was Leasing Manager for Integrated Properties, Inc., specializing in the leasing and improvements of the company’s high-rise Class A office portfolio and the rezoning efforts for large mixed-use developments.
Andrew served on the Board of Directors of the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation for several years and partners with the Outreach program in service of several agencies devoted to bettering the lives of children and the underprivileged. He was recognized as a Top 40 Business Professional Under 40 Years Old by the Las Vegas Business Press (2014). He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Menlo College, a private business school in Silicon Valley.
