D’Angelo will focus primarily on television and film studio property as well as specialize in core commercial sectors. White will support the growth of the Hospitality & Gaming practice at Cushman & Wakefield. Both professionals will concentrate on property located in Southern California and locations across the West.

D’Angelo brings nearly 35 years of deep commercial appraisal experience to his role with Cushman & Wakefield. He has spent his entire career based in Los Angeles, where he has accumulated a wide breadth of knowledge and skill in the appraisal field. D’Angelo previously served as a Managing Director with Marshall & Stevens and prior as a Senior Valuation Services Director with Colliers International. He also worked with CBRE from the late 1980s to 2015, lastly serving as Vice President. He began his appraisal career at Laventhol and Horwath in the mid 1980s.

White brings nearly a decade of experience in complex hotel appraisals and consulting. She has completed several hundred appraisals ranging from full-service resorts to economy motels across 14 states. She has also consulted on more than 60 development and feasibility projects. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, White served as Vice President at HVS in Los Angeles, where she ranked as a top producer for the firm’s California practice for several consecutive years.
