James Singleton Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director

James Singleton has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director based in the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office.

“We are excited to add James, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, to our team,” said Grady Matthews, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office. “We are excited to bolster the services we provide with this new position.”

Singleton joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International where he was a Vice President and specialized in land and investment sales. Previously, he was a Sales Specialist at Stryker Orthopedics, a land broker at Commercial Properties Real Estate Trust, and a Vice President at Trademark properties.

“I am honored to be joining a veteran team with a wealth of knowledge and experience,” Singleton said.

Singleton earned a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. He is actively involved in the YMCA mentoring program and is on the board of the Hubie Poteat Foundation.
